Tracy Spiridakos has been nominated for best Actress on Television by the post-apocalyptic science-fiction show on NBC called Revolution. Spiridakos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to the Greek heritage of her parents. Spiridakos' family relocated to Skala near Sparta as she reached four years old. Then she was able to return to Canada at nine years old. She is deeply connected to her Greek heritage, and speaks Greek in a fluent manner. High school graduation took place in Winnipeg In 2000. Spiridakos made the move from Winnipeg to Vancouver in order to pursue acting. She landed her debut role in a matter of months on Supernatural. Her first role on television was on Majority Rules in the year 2009. She then kept working in the TV industry. In 2011 she debuted as an actress in feature film with Rise of the Planet of the Apes. She serves as CBS's lead reporter for sideline reports in the SEC alongside Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and others.
